Håkan Gunnarson, Mikael Axenbrant and Mikael Axenbrant Håkan Gunnarsson, Leif Persson and Mikael Axenbrant three exceptionally talented crystal glass crafts masters who began their studies in the art of glassblowing during their childhood. Following their formal artistic education, training and apprenticeship at the most distinguished glass factories, all three have reunited at Art Crystal Studio Strömberg's Hyttan. These three are today perpetuating a time-honoured tradition as they design unique hand-crafted crystal art creations with the utmost delicacy and precision. In accomplishing these works, they are assisted by expert craftsmen who employ complicated techniques to which few elsewhere are knowledgeable.The objects of crystal art which have emerged from Studio Glass Strömbergs Crystal Workshop have gained considerable notice throughout the word. This is to be expected, considering the versatile craftsmen and such crystal glass designers as Eric Höglund,Eve Englund, Jonas Torstensson, Carlos Pebaque and others.Strömbergs crystal Workshop represents of heritage of many generations of crystal glass blowing traditions.
