a unique ”I Haven’t Forgotten You” service. This entails that we guarantee that the 
recipient has your gift by courier shipment no later than 48 hours after the order, and to certain countries, with 24 hours. Have you, for some reason, overlooked or forgotten to congratulate your friend or client on his important day, anniversary, wedding, holiday or that you will simply say ”thank you” for the latest thing that he has done for you?

With UPS personal courier service, we deliver the gift which you have ordered, completely cleared through customs and directly to the recipient’s door. Your friend or client merely needs to open the package and realize that you haven’t forgotten!

Here’s what to do: 

1. Fax or phone Sweden Crystal Design and select the gift which will be sent to your   
    friend or client by Super-Express delivery. 
2. Give us the home or office address and phone number of the recipient. 
3. If time allows, inform Sweden Crystal Design if you wish to include a greetingcard or
    message to the recipient.
4. When time is most pressing, you can, instead of a card, choose to have special   
    engraving on the article which you have selected. For example: ”Congratulations, 
    John Doe, on your 50th birthday, from(you or your firm).”

Distinction and image
Branded logotypes and text on the wooden chest

We are now able to offer additional opportunities for means of distinguishing and enhancing images by branding your selected logotype, or also, text on to the wooden chest in which the crystal glass art object is contained. Branding on to the wooden chest is complete free of charge. However, the branding iron itself costs approximately SEK 1,500 (about $US 185) and this is a one time cost that accompanies the first order.  With repeated orders, there is no extra charge for having the logotype branded on to the wooden chest. Engraving on crystal glass

Engraving of names and dates on crystal glass costs  between SEK 35-100 (about $US 4-12) per article,  depending on the number of letters and quantity of  objects which will be engraved.
